for six pack abs, you have to follow a strict diet plan. you need at least 1gm protein per lbs ( 1 kg = 2.2 lbs ) and healthy fat like polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat. you have to cut down your carb intake . for abs you need lean protein like chicken breast, egg white, salmon, whey protein etc.
